Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Penielly (the “Service”), operated by SiliconBlast, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement in your jurisdiction.

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to people you share it with. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Don't use the Service to store or share unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you exceed your plan's storage, uploads may be paused until you free space or upgrade.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiliconBlast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months. Keep your own copies of irreplaceable content.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
